Apple Thinking to Patch iPhone Security Flaw
A UK based carrier told BBC today that Apple will trying to remove a serious security fault in their iPhone. This iPhone security flaw will give hacker opportunity to disable or take control of the device.

Although Apple and AT&T have not said anything about device’s security flaw. Apple will launch this patch on Saturday via iTunes. Charlie Miller is the man who have presented the flaw at Black Hat security conference. A remote hacker can disable or take over iPhone by sending them a series or hundreds of hidden SMS. A square character only appears in the last message.
Google Voice as an iPhone application: Rejected by Apple
It has been said by the Techcrunch blog that Apple will not let Google offer its Internet phone service through the iPhone App Store.
Other bloggers are pointing towards the exclusive iPhone carrier of Apple in the U.S., AT&T Inc. are acting as the party that is responsible for the rejection.
It is due to the reason because Google Voice is offering for free some features that compete with those services for which AT&T take charges.
One number is offered by Google Voice for all of a user’s phones, voice-activated features and free U.S. long distance. This is available by invitation only at this time.

On Wednesday, at a trade show in Las Vegas, AT&T folks announced their plans to expand beyond their traditional market of cell phones and smart phones. Initially they would be test marketing the new range of laptops and netbooks at selected company stores in Atlanta and Philadelphia.
As cell phone market is starting to saturate, Wireless carriers around US are looking for ways to expand into other gadgets. AT&T’s decision to subsidize the price of laptops and netbooks is a move in same direction.
