According to the facebook people, more than 100 million people now log onto Facebook from their mobile phones. Thus the new site will help the operators to free up critical bandwidth on their networks.

Measures 92 x 47 x 16.4 mm, the phone weighs around 96 g. The W205 comes with a TFT screen, measuring around 1.8 inches and having a resolution of 128 x 160 pixels.

Nokia N8, The New Symbian 12MP Camera Phone

Nokia has finally launched its very first 12MP camera Symbian mobile phone with. The set will be first one to come to the market ever since the Operating system went open source.

However, being a Symbian mobile isn’t Nokia N8’s sole specialty, what makes it more unique is the fact that the N8 is going to be the first mobile phone to feature a 12Mp camera.

This will also enable the N8 to capture HD video at 720p resolution. According to Nokia, the N8 is can also be used for watching web-based TV as it offers several services from CNN, Paramount and National Geographic, with added UK-focused TV content available from the Nokia Ovi Store.

Hackers Can Install Android On iPhone

There is a buzz going on over the internet that some hackers have successfully exploited a weakness present in the iPhone, by managing to install the Google open source Android operating system into the iPhone.

The hackers have successfully installed Android OS 1.6 on the original iPhone, forming a multi OS device that will be capable of running both the older versions of two of the biggest smartphone operating systems.

The whole process can be seen on a You Tube video, with a step by step process explaining the complete procedure. However, it does not function that well as the camera fails to work and some apps might face some problem running.

Having an OLED 2 inch screen and a resolution of 240 x 320 pixels, the screen of the Samsung S9402 Ego provides clear and bright images. Measuring 115 mm x 48 mm x 16 mm, the phone weighs only 140 g. The handset is black in color with the metal being silver.

Being a dual sim phone, the phone has the capability to support two Sims at one time. One sim can support Tri Band GSM 900/1800 and 1900 while the second one is for Dual Band GSM 900 and 1800. The phone also supports WAP 2.0 and xHTML browsing, EDGE and GPRS support. In order to transfer data, Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP and USB can be used.

Dell To Launch Two New Mobile Phones

After becoming one of the largest computer manufacturer, Dell has now decided to enter the mobile phone market, with the announcement of two new mobile phones known as the Thunder and the Lightning.

Both the phones are expected to be top smartphones but no solid information has yet been disclosed about any of them.

It is being said that Dell Lightning will run on Microsoft’s Window 7 mobile operating system, whereas the Dell Thunder is going to be a Google Android phone.

The Thunder phone will come with a 4.1 inch OLED screen, with advanced support for social networking sites such as Facebook and Twitter. Moreover, the new phone will incorporate a new interface which has been developed especially by Dell, thus extending the capabilities of the Google Android Operating system. However, it seems that the new interface has copied some features from the HTC’s Sense.
