iPhone Competitor Introduced By Samsung

Samsung has recently launched its new mobile phone, the Wave, which runs on the company’s new Bada platform. According to the company, this phone is an attempt to compete with the iPhone.
Samsung has a history of producing excellent, high-quality but I doubt that this phone will have any impact on Apple’s iPhone sales, as it already has an established market place.
The Samsung Wave comes with a 3.3 inch AMOLED touchscreen, 1GHz processor, a 5 megapixel camera, 2GB of storage, GPS, bluetooth and wi-fi.
The touchscreen will be smudge resistant, apparently, and capable of playing HD video. The camera will also be capable of 720p video capture.
The Wave will be running Samsung’s own Bada operating system, boasting the latest version of the company’s TouchWiz 3D interface, and integrated social networking support.
The Samsung Wave will come to the market in April. If Samsung can successfully put the price right, this phone could prove to be a little trouble for the iPhone, although attracting developers and apps to the phone will be difficult.
