Linux-Based First Else Phone Gets Launched

First Else, a new Linux-based mobile phone, is about to hit the market soon. The Linux operating system for this mobile is called the Else Intuition.

Along with a full touchscreen, the handset is expected to be quite powerful, having a strong hardware as well as an impressive software. It is expected that the phone will be launched sometime during next year.
Phone Specifications
The specifications of the new handset include a TI OMAP 3430 processor, along with a 256MB of RAM and 16GB of internal memory.
The 3.5 inch touchscreen display will be accompanied by a 480 x 854 pixel resolution, together with a 5-megapixel camera having auto focus and image stabilization capabilities.
Key Features
Some of the other key features include WCDMA, HSDPA, GSM, GPRS, EDGE support, along with Bluetooth connectivity, and Wi-Fi capabilities.
The package will also include a GPS receiver, together with a 3.5 mm headset jack, and Tilt, Proximity and Light sensors. The dimensions of the new mobile will be 13mm x 56.6mm x 115.6 mm.
The best thing about the First Else is that it gives the impression that it has been designed to be used only with a single hand, making it easy for users to take full advantage of the multitasking facilities offered by the Else Intuition.

two coolest things about this device: It features an innovative display fan which enables (with a flick of the thumb) to scroll up and down the catalogue of pre-integrated apps, and it can also change its status from a phone to an all-camera device or another cool device.. it has everything!
I’ve just visited the official website, http://www.firstelse.com, the features mentioned in the site sounds very promising. A lot of practical features, probably one of my top phones for the coming year and so first my first priority!
Yes it does have some very useful features, lets just hope it does meet our expectations.
