From today onwards, the new HTC HD2 is officially on sale on Vodafone. The entertainment-focused handset can be acquired for free, if the customers sign up for a two-year contract at £35 per month.

HD2

The HTC HD2, formerly known as the Leo, is an enormously powerful smartphone with massive processing power, a vast 4.3-inch touchscreen and a five megapixel camera.

The powerful mobile phone uses Windows Mobile 6.5. HTC HD2 is also equipped with an ambient light sensor, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi support. There’s also practically unlimited space for contacts, making it a great option for anyone who wants a phone that handles business as well as it does leisure.

The HD2 also contains the powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset, which enables the users to access its functions simultaneously. The users can also customize their handset’s home screen with widgets.

By giving £35 per month, customers can get the handset for free as this is Vodafone’s cheapest tariff and entitles buyers to 900 minutes of anytime calls as well as unlimited text messages and landline calls and unrestricted internet access.
